**Your new role**
As an APS5 Support Officer you will join the Taskforce to support the Lessons Manager and Deputy Director to develop a Lessons Framework for the Taskforce. The duties of this role will require you to collect, analyse and monitor lessons, participate in the Lessons Working Group, coordinate After Activity Reviews, develop Standard Operating Procedures and draft executive papers.
Your role will also support the implementation of the Taskforce Performance Metrics Framework which provides the Taskforce with the ability to have routine access to value adding metrics with the ability for Directors to regularly review and adjust performance based on health indication reporting.
**What you'll need to succeed**
The client is looking for someone who:
- Has experience in drafting and implementing plans, schedules, etc.
- Is able to effectively and efficiently coordinate activities and stakeholders as required
- Has demonstrated experience in collating data and provide suggestions for improvement
- Will contribute to the establishment, monitoring and reporting of continuous improvement initiatives within the Taskforce
- Has the ability to build successful relationships with diverse teams
- Be an Australian citizen; and
- Hold a security clearance at the Baseline level
