Baptcare is seeking an experienced Quality and Performance Coordinator to support excellence across our Partner in the Community (PITC) program.
* Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Design and deliver professional development and training initiatives for PITC teams.
* Lead improvement projects aligned with the NDIA Performance Management Framework and Baptcare's Balanced Scorecard.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners, including NDIA, to enhance service outcomes.
* Conduct quality audits and provide data-driven insights to inform best practice.

* Degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
