Role Description
The Customer Service/Optical Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gold Coast, QLD. The role involves welcoming and assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, guiding patients in choosing eyewear, and managing appointments. You will also support the optometrist during consultations, maintain store displays and cleanliness, and assist with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
* Basic knowledge of eyewear and optometry services, with a keen interest in the optical industry
* Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
* Prior retail, optical, or customer service experience is a plus
* Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and support
* Flexibility to work on-site, including weekends as required
