Requirements

* A trade qualification in electrical, mechanical engineering, or plumbing, or significant experience in a similar role.

* A strong understanding of retail asset complexities and extensive shopping centre management experience.

* A valid driver's license and solid knowledge of facilities management principles, best practices, compliance requirements, and building systems.
