The primary responsibilities include managing and growing the hotel's conference and event sales, building strong client relationships, and maximizing revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities. You'll oversee event planning, coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure all events run smoothly.
