About the Role
As part of our dynamic showroom team in Coffs Harbour, you will be responsible for supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
* Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
* Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
* Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
* Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
Requirements
We are looking for someone with previous experience in retail sales or customer service who is energetic, takes initiative, and is willing to learn and grow. A comfort level with computers and a willingness to learn new systems is also required. Additionally, you must be open to working various shifts, including weekends, and have a passion for helping others.
