**Our Opportunity**
Due to exponential growth, PROK are recruiting for a Contracts and Service Coordinator to join the team. This position is a full-time position based in Bayswater Perth.
The contracts and Service Coordinator will focus on:
- ** Strategy**:Upholding industry safety standards by Compiling and delivering of on time customer WIP reports, leading meetings and managing job profitability
- ** Execution**: Preparing / submitting reports and quotes for clients review and acceptance and reviewing with engineering any technical queries to customers and coordinate accordingly
- ** Culture**: Maintaining strong relationships with customers and collaborate alongside the estimation and purchasing team on the correct quoting of required parts for the refurb process
- ** Structure**:Review and develop final pulley refurbishment scopes of work and monitor stripping activities to maintain a proactive quoting delivery schedule in line with contracted delivery KPI's
- ** Innovation**: Drive process improvement and identify new initiatives to promote the use of best practice within the pulley refurbishment scopes.
- ** Staying ahead of the game**: This includes taking ownership of managing customer contract KPI requirements, staying up to date with job delivery requirements and ensuring quotes are generated in adherence to company business requirements and customer pricing schedules.
**About you**
You will be a:
- ** Skilled Professional**: With a Bachelor of Commerce, Engineering degree or mechanical trade certificate
- ** Subject Matter Expert**: Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Coordination, Sales, Manufacturing and / or experience in conveyors with a strong commitment to Health and Safety
- ** Methodical and Passionate Persona**: With exceptional levels of attention to detail, while adhering to various deadlines.
- **Strategic Thinker**: You possess commercial acumen with the ability to address and solve complex problems.
- ** Strong Communicator**: With great interpersonal skills, an energetic persona, and conflict management skills.
