About the Role
Lachstock Consulting is offering a unique opportunity for an Executive & Business Support Manager to provide support to the CEO in a small business environment.
This varied role combines executive assistance, business analytics, process development and financial administration. It will suit someone who enjoys working with data, building reports and supporting business operations while also managing administrative responsibilities.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Providing Executive administrative support to the CEO
* Developing reports, modelling and analysis to support business decision-making
* Business analysis and preparation of internal reports, presentations and Board papers
* Financial administration, including:
o Processing accounts payable and receivable
o Assisting with payroll administration
o Preparation of BAS documentation and financial records for accounting purposes
* Client administration including systems onboarding and communications.
* Supporting systems development, automation and data management initiatives
* Providing support for reporting requirements by ASIC
* Assisting with project reporting and business process improvements
Employed on a part-time (circa 0.8 FTE) basis, the position will be based primarily from the office in Stirling, with the days/hours of work to be negotiated to suit the successful candidate.
About You
This role will suit someone looking for a diverse position combining executive support, business analytics and financial administration.
You enjoy working with data, identifying trends and producing meaningful reports that support business decisions. You are organised, proactive and comfortable managing a mix of analytical and administrative responsibilities.
You may be:
* An experienced Executive Assistant looking for a role with stronger business, finance and analytical involvement, or
* An accountant or experienced book-keeper looking for a varied business support role.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* High attention to detail and organisational ability
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Experience with Excel, PowerBI or other data analysis and reporting tools
* Confidence preparing professional reports and presentations
* Ability to manage financial administration tasks including AP/AR, payroll coordination and BAS preparation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
