Job Description
This role involves delivering Certificate I, II, III, IV in Conservation and Ecosystem Management, Certificate II and III in Horticulture, and associated short courses and skill sets such as chemical handling and chainsaw at Karratha and Broome campuses. This will involve considerable travel to both locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality education and training programs in conservation and ecosystem management, horticulture, and related fields
- Develop and maintain learning materials, assessments, and resources
- Provide support to students in a learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Significant relevant industry or vocational experience (minimum 5 years)
- Relevant vocational qualifications and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed including: minimum Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management or equivalent; or minimum Certificate III in Agriculture, Horticulture or similar with significant industry experience in Conservation and Ecosystem Management
