This multifaceted role not only supports the operational efficiency of the firm but also provides opportunities for professional development and training in the investment management sector.You will work with a range of stakeholders and clients to facilitate a seamless process managing complexities associated with investor onboarding, side letter negotiations, transfers, and compliance with regulations including AML and KYC. Additionally, the Executive – Legal & Client Onboarding, will have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of projects and collaborate with project teams. This could involve initiatives such as client reporting, fund structures, offer documents, new products, fund launches and transactions.
