Key responsibilities
You'll work closely with clients and stakeholders to:
* Maintain programmatic outcomes and ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations
* Establish regular customer service reviews and develop improvement plans
* Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
* Handle customer complaints and concerns quickly and professionally
What we need from you
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A deep understanding of service management principles and frameworks (such as ITIL)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
* Leadership qualities to guide and motivate teams
* Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives at once
Requirements
While no one is perfect, we'd love it if you had:
* A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or project management
* Ten or more years of experience in a program or project management role
* A broad technical understanding of telecommunications processes and systems
