Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in Mascot, Sydney. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee the day-to-day branch management, ensure operational efficiency, and lead the team in achieving business objectives. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring budgets, driving sales and customer service excellence, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also be responsible for fostering customer and stakeholder relationships and exploring opportunities for growth in the electric vehicle charging industry.
Qualifications
Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop staff to achieve performance goals
Experience in financial management, budget oversight, and sales strategy implementation
Strong understanding of electric vehicle charging technologies, market trends, and customer expectations
