About the Roles
We're looking for self-motivated, reliable operators with a strong work ethic to join our team in the following positions:
Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Machinery Operator
Duties include:
• Servicing and maintenance of CAT machinery, including bulldozers, loaders, excavators, trucks, seed graders, headers and vehicles
• Operating earthmoving and farm machinery for:
• Dam cleaning & construction
• Regrowth control
• Fence line clearing
• Rural earthworks
• Road & drainage shaping
• Pride in workmanship is a must
• Competitive pay - $33–$65/hr depending on experience
• Flexible roster - can be structured as drive-in/drive-out
• Long-term work - Ongoing employment for the right applicant
• Immediate start available
Machinery Operator
Duties include:
• Operating bulldozers, loaders, wheel dozer, excavators, trucks, seed graders and headers
• Dam cleaning & construction
• Regrowth control
• Chaining
• Fence line clearing
• Rural earthworks
• Road & drainage shaping
• Opportunity for farm and shed work during wet weather
• Basic mechanical skills
• Flexible roster - accommodation provided
• Long-term work - Ongoing employment for the right applicant
• Immediate start available
Both roles require:
• Strong work ethic & willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently
• Basic welding skills highly desirable
