Your new role
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the Wodonga branch network, warmly welcoming customers and engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs. You'll provide tailored banking solutions that support their financial goals, both in-person and over the phone, and refer them to specialised banking teams when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
* Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a target-driven, phone or face-to-face role.
* Resilience to stay calm and composed in challenging situations.
* Numerical skills, preferably with cash handling and accurate transaction processing.
* Energetic and people-focused, with a genuine passion for helping others.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking systems and technologies.
