Mercy Community Aged Care Bethany supports and inspires people in need to live healthy lives within inclusive communities.
Providing both high & low care, our residential facilities offer a range of services and believe a big part of what we do is to help our residents flourish, knowing what is important to them and their individual needs.
We are presently looking for the right person to join our team as a Lifestyle Facilitator, supporting the team to deliver a range of meaningful activities to our residents.
What you'll be doing
Identify each resident's individual needs with respect to capacity, skill and preferences related to their lifestyle activities
Implement individual & group activities, reporting on individual outcomes and participating in reviews of programs and outcomes
Develop a Monthly Activity Program with Facility Manager input
About You
Certificate III in aged care (experienced in Lifestyle Program) or Cert IV Leisure & Lifestyle
Current First Aid certificate
Previous experience in a similar role, Aged Care experience beneficial
Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver License
