**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to maximize sales performance across western Victoria. As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products while building and developing new and existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively promote, recommend, and sell relevant products that add value to clients' operations.
* Expand key client networks and track customer activity using the CRM platform.
* Manage reseller activities within the defined territory.
* Train resellers with respect to product features.
* Manage the stock distribution and seed allocations within the defined territory.
* Develop and implement an annual territory sales plan.
* Conduct customer field days and walks.
* Communicate and develop relationships with key industry personnel (government, consultants, external agronomists, and end users).
* Develop, manage, and report on expense budgets.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have:
* A degree in Agronomy or equivalent (desired)
* Demonstrated sales experience within the agricultural industry.
* A current manual driver's license.
* Strong computer literacy - MS Office, CRM's etc.
