Overview
Sales and Customer Service role in the steel industry. You will be part of our internal sales team, dealing with a broad range of industries, as well as trade and retail customers.
Responsibilities
* Contribute as part of a team of experienced and dedicated sales staff by being self-motivated and enjoying a dynamic team environment.
* Provide excellence in customer service and account management and develop relationships to establish solutions for customers.
* Engage in sales-focused activities, including working with customers to understand their needs and deliver appropriate steel and related product solutions.
* Carry out deliveries and site visits as required, holding a valid Australian driver's licence.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in the steel, building products or related industries is advantageous.
* Well presented, an effective communicator and a proven negotiator.
* Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and account management.
* Genuine passion for sales and for developing relationships and solutions for customers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
