Job Title: Hr Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on human resources-related matters.
* Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement human resources strategies that align with business objectives.
* Prioritize organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional certification in HR is advantageous.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
* Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.
* Ability to commit to a site-based roster.
