About this Role
Step into a fast-paced environment and join our busy stores across Gympie as a Christmas Casual. You'll bring energy and enthusiasm to our busiest time of year, helping customers find their perfect kicks and supporting your team to achieve sales and performance targets.
Main Responsibilities
* Create a standout experience for every customer - make it memorable
* Support your team to excel in sales and performance goals
* Maintain stock levels – receive, restock, and keep shelves full
* Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
* Ensure the store looks fresh and tidy
* Bring a positive attitude and a team-first mindset every shift
The Ideal Candidate
* Availability from October to mid-January, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
* Retail experience is beneficial, but not essential
* A passion for sneakers and delivering outstanding customer service
* An ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
* Self-motivation and goal-driven
