We are seeking experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAMEs) to support the SLAF in maintaining their fleet of Beechcraft King Air B350 aircraft. This is a temporary contract opportunity ideal for those seeking high-impact international experience, working directly with the SLAF maintenance teams in China Bay, Sri Lanka.
You will play a key role in providing technical expertise, mentoring SLAF technicians, and delivering real-time aircraft maintenance support in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Providing hands-on technical support for scheduled and unscheduled B350 maintenance
* Guiding and mentoring SLAF maintenance technicians across line, base, and flight-line activities
* Collaborating with SLAF teams on troubleshooting and corrective action
* Supporting operational tasking and ensuring readiness of SLAF B350 fleet
* Reporting regularly to our Program Manager in Australia
* Representing us professionally in-country
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* CASA, EASA or equivalent B1/B2 Licence (LAME)
* B300 King Air type-rating on Licence
* 5-years' experience in aviation, majority of experience being B300 aircraft maintenance in a complex regulatory environment
* Proven commitment to safety
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders including Government Officials
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions as well as meeting minimum physical requirements of the job
* Ability to deploy on notification nationally or internationally
* Experience with utilizing CAMP or equivalent Aircraft Maintenance Management system
* Eligible to hold, and maintain, SLAF Security clearance
* Experience as a trainer/assessor is desirable
