* Clinical Leadership: As a medical director, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the medical teams, including contracted teams, to ensure high-quality, evidence-based practice across services.
* Innovation & Strategy: You will drive innovation in healthcare delivery models, leveraging technology and best practices to improve patient access, outcomes, and satisfaction.
* Quality Assurance: You will monitor and evaluate clinical performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and continuously improving care delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia in a relevant specialty.
* Tasmanian Working with Children Registration.
* Current Driver's Licence.
