Overview
Travelex, the world's largest foreign exchange company, is looking for self-motivated, friendly retail experts to lead our Retail Team. You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our travel money products. To run a profitable Travelex business in line with our standards, company philosophies, and operational systems, the store leader is responsible for the overall performance of their assigned store, reporting into the area manager.

Responsibilities
Grow Sales and profitability of the store including increases in online/ATM sales
Customer retention and market share growth
Collect and manage feedback and reviews digitally – Google reviews / Facebook / Instagram
Identify, report, and resolve risks to a safe, secure and compliant working environment
Achieve individual and store sales goals/deadlines daily
Lead by example in behaviour, attitude and sales performance
Conduct and engage internal support with ongoing training and in-store development
Drive best practice including performance management
Conduct monthly one-on-one and store-wide sales meetings to create effective action plans
Build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally
Communicate, track and drive incentives
