We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Facilities Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Property and Facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

You will be responsible for undertaking meticulous repair and maintenance works to both heritage and recently-built buildings, attending to all maintenance requests, providing advice, and facilitating growth projects. Additionally, you will complete general maintenance around the College, including traffic management, waste management, and general tidying on a daily basis.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need relevant experience in plumbing or carpentry, problem-solving skills, and the ability to undertake manual handling on a daily basis. You will also require a current Driver's Licence, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check.
