Our team is growing and we are on the lookout for a reliable and detail orientated Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our Team on either a full or part time basis for an immediate start. Hours can be flexible and school friendly for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Accounts payable- large amount of suppliers on 7 day accounts and 30Day EOM
* Accounts receivable- receipting of all payments made by clients
* Bank reconciliation
* Invoicing of extras and variations
* Invoicing progress payments
* Data entry
* Assisting with weekly payroll
* STP reporting
* TPAR reporting
* Quarterly BAS
* Monthly PayG processing
* Processing of Superannuation
* End of month payments
* Preparing reports for the accountant
* ADHOC duties and helping with admin when required
About You
* Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar account, accounts payable, accounts receivable or bookkeeping role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple clients/priorities effectively
* Excellent communication skills
* Construction industry experience highly regarded but not essential
* Must live local to Oakford/Byford or surrounding suburbs
* Previous experience in Building/Construction is desired but not essential
