We have designed a care pathway that enables therapists to tailor therapy programs for our residents, built from resident goals and priorities. This includes evidence-based mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one therapy interventions, and group-based active aging services.
Your responsibilities will include comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
