About the Project
ACCIONA works within the Southern Program Alliance delivering level crossing removals and station upgrades along the Frankston line. Freight Package 2 supports rail freight movements while passenger upgrades progress. The program improves safety and reliability across the corridor. ACCIONA contributes planning expertise to integrate design and construction inputs. Freight works align with wider rail system upgrades.
About the Opportunity/Position
The Planner develops and maintains schedules for Freight Package 2 and reports to the Manager, Project Development. The role coordinates inputs across design, procurement and construction and tracks progress against baseline. The Planner flags risks early, prepares clear updates for senior leaders and supports Stage Gate reviews. The role suits someone who drives outcomes with accuracy and collaborates well across technical teams.

Skills and required competencies
* 3+ years infrastructure planning3
