Your Role
As the face of Capacity Health, you'll play a key part in ensuring every patient's experience is positive and welcoming. Your days will be filled with diverse tasks that will challenge and reward you.
Duties Include
• Warmly welcoming and assisting patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.
• Managing bookings, invoicing, and payments, including balancing daily takings.
• Maintaining and improving office systems and procedures.
• Providing administrative support to chiropractors and promoting clinic services.
• Digitally managing patient records, x-rays, and reports.
• Researching innovative ideas to enhance our practice.
• Keeping the workspace clean and organised, including minor IT troubleshooting.
What We're Looking For
Key Criteria
• Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to honesty and clarity.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills to manage a busy reception area.
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and reliable under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a general comfort with technology.
• Initiative and flexibility to handle various patient-related and administrative tasks.
• A friendly demeanour and the ability to connect with people of all ages.
Desirable Criteria
• Experience with Front Desk software, HICAPS, and EFTPOS.
• Knowledge of billing for Medicare, DVA, EPC, and private health insurance.
• Prior experience in a health-related or reception role.
• An interest in health and personal development.

Position Details
• Type: Casual.
• Hours: Half-day shifts, Monday to Friday. Shifts are typically 7:45 am–1:00 pm or 1:00 pm–6:30 pm. (18–30 hours per week, with rosters set fortnightly.)
