In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the store management team to achieve sales and customer service targets
* Leading by example and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
* Coaching and developing your team members to deliver great in-store experiences
* Maintaining high visual standards and merchandising within your department
Key Responsibilities:
* Model exceptional customer service and support the team to deliver a 'service over task' environment
* Actively gain, maintain, and share product and brand knowledge for your department
* Support the management team to improve financial performance within your department
* Work closely with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience in retail or a similar industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
