This leadership role involves managing a cluster of outside school hours care teams in Perth, Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage OSHC teams to deliver high-quality services
* Maintain excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers
* Oversee service management, including staffing, program design, business management, and motivating teams
* Prepare educators for Assessment and Rating reviews
This position requires good emotional intelligence, a proactive approach, and a solution-focused mindset. Regular site visits and educator training sessions are essential.
The successful candidate will report to the National Programs Manager and participate in monthly meetings, training, and professional development in Melbourne. They should have experience in people management, area or remote team management, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
