Job Overview
Maintain and support Microsoft Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online environments, provide technical guidance to stakeholders, and foster a positive culture within the ICT Services Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the integrity of Microsoft Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online platforms.
* Provide expert-level support on the M365 platform, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
* Collaborate with senior executives and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective working relationships.
* Implement technical change management activities to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of an operating model that aligns with Agency values and promotes a positive work environment.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 Services, Infrastructure, Security & Cloud, and sound understanding of ITIL best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess high-level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex problems. A strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
