Base pay range
A$140,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr
Our client is a global leader in integrated logistics, who arerapidly growing as a 3PL provider, transforming the logistics landscape through technology, automation, and accuracy. Serving a dynamic mix of e-commerce, retail and FMCG clients, they operate in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with a high SKU count and complex order profiles.
The role of Warehouse Operations Manageris to lead daily operations withina high-volume distribution center. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence, scaling systems and processes, and leading a high-performance team in a complex, high SKU-count environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving setting, is data-driven, and brings strong leadership and process optimisation skills.
We are looking for an experienced DC/Operations Manager who is acustomed to leading end-to-end warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high stock turn, high SKU environment like FMCG or Retail.Proven leadership capabilities, strong financial acumen and a track record of process improvement is required.
