We are seeking an experienced IT professional to deliver excellence in our ticketing operations.
This dynamic role is perfect for an IT expert with 3+ years' experience, who thrives in fast-paced environments.
* Provide top-notch on-site IT support at live events.
* Install and maintain point-of-sale systems, including PCs, printers, and EFTPOS terminals, at venues and client sites.
* Administer and maintain ticketing IT infrastructure and access control systems at client venues.
* Coordinate the installation, support, and maintenance of I.T. equipment, such as servers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
* Schedule and perform preventive maintenance of internal and external client equipment and infrastructure.
About the Role
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* At least 3 years of administration experience with Windows Desktop or similar hands-on experience in a technical and/or support specialist role.
* An ability to provide clear technical guidance and know when to escalate issues.
* A proactive approach to troubleshooting ticketing system and platform problems.
* Experience working in live events and customer-facing roles.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
