An exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN3), Occupational Therapist (OT2) or Social Woker (SW2) to join our exciting enhanced community team. The Mobile Support and Treatment service requires a clinician with the skills and knowledge to work within a recovery orientated care framework whilst working collaboratively with consumers, carers/families, the leadership and multi-disciplinary team.
This role is a full time position and working hours are 8.30am - 5pm, 12pm - 8.30 pm, 7 days per week.

You are a passionate and enjoy working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and have a strong commitment to providing a recovery orientated and high standard holistic care to consumers and their families/carers.
We are looking for someone with:
- Post graduate studies in mental health or completion of a specialist undergraduate psychiatric nursing program (_essential)_
- Excellent engagement, relationship and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Interest in developing skills in intensive case management/ care co-ordination
- Knowledge of evidenced based best practice in psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery.
