Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily and weekly site priorities safely and efficiently.
Directly lead team members onsite, ensuring they're trained and competent in all areas of operation, including harvest reception, grain classification, stacking, tarping, site hygiene, grain outturn, road and rail operations, and general bunker operations.
Maintain focus on quality and cost control while ensuring work priorities are executed safely.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with plant operations, implements, attachments, tractors, telehandlers, bulk material conveying, and small tools.
Training and certifications provided for additional required licenses and tickets.
Familiarity with the grain industry or bulk material handling sector is highly regarded.
A sound knowledge of Health & Safety standards and a proactive approach to promoting a safe culture.
A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position.
