About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Air-Conditioning Technician / Electrician / Junior Technician or Apprentice to join our growing team. This role offers a great mix of work across both residential and commercial sites, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality workmanship, and professional service delivery, within a learning environment.
This is a hands-on role, offering variety and responsibility for quality outcomes:
* Split system installations on residential sites
* Split system and HVAC hygiene cleaning services on residential and commercial sites
* Scheduled programmed maintenance for commercial sites
* Supporting senior technicians with commercial HVAC repairs
* Training in diagnostics on both residential and commercial air-conditioning systems
* Testing, commissioning, and verifying system operation after repairs or installations
* Quoting minor works onsite and documenting recommendations on reports
* Accurate job notes, photos, and asset data entry in ServiceM8 before leaving site
* Communicating clearly with customers about completed work, recommendations, and next steps
* Maintaining your vehicle, tools/equipment, PPE, and working safely on every site
* You'll enjoy a level of independence in your day-to-day work, while still being supported in a skilled and collaborative team environment.
* Full-time role – Monday to Friday, 8:00am* to 4:30pm*

Who We're Looking For
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates
* A reliable Air Conditioning Technician or a motivated Junior Technician ready to learn
* Take pride in your work and aim to get things right the first time
* Hold or are working towards an ARCtick licence and Restricted Electrical licence
* Hold CPR / LVR and a current Manual driver's licence
* Are organised and confident using service software, such as ServiceM8
* Follow WHS procedures and use PPE correctly at all times

Candidates must be able to pass a national police check and hold or acquire a blue card before starting employment.
