Members of the division partner with subject matter experts in Investment Management and across TCorp to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.The Client Services Coordinator role partners with and supports the Business Manager, Government & Client Relationships to deliver a professional client experience, providing value and quality outcomes to clients and the State, including:Providing professional client servicing that explores and meets client needs and is in line with TCorp's strategic objectivesCollaborating with stakeholders to ensure the services and client deliverables are prepared to a high standard and delivered on timeWorking with key stakeholders to manage and deliver events that meet client needs and are aligned to TCorp's strategic objectivesEvent coordinationTCorp would like to hear from client-service oriented candidates with highly developed communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills.The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Business (or similar) with relevant experience in a client service/client relationship role for institutional clients as well as managing and enhancing a Client Relationship Management (CRM) database. Strong administration, organisation and time management skills are essential.
