Office Administration Assistant – Join our growing team
Aquila Super is a well-established and growing firm on the Gold Coast, specialising in Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) services.
With over 25 years' experience, we're known for our friendly, professional team and the strong relationships we've built with our clients.
We are currently looking for a motivated Office Administration Assistant to join our admin team full-time in our Ormeau office on the Gold Coast.

Key responsibilities:
Managing client databases and records
Handling client documents and enquiries
Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required
