Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a quiet yet dynamic environment? Sheraton Melbourne Hotel is seeking a **Night Auditor** to join our Guest Services team. This is a key role ensuring smooth overnight operations, exceptional guest experiences, and accurate financial reporting.
**What You’ll Do**
- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and late check-out requests.
- Secure payments, issue/reissue room keys, and verify billing accuracy.
- Run nightly audits, prepare reports, and complete system backups.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to maintain service standards.
- Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain safety and security of guests and hotel assets during the night.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality experience a plus, but not required).
