A Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) is needed to drive the development and implementation of HR strategy in support of AWS AGS organization. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders and their teams to develop and execute organizational strategies that foster growth and increase effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include applying business knowledge to work with management teams, partnering with business on organizational design and workforce planning, and leading review processes focused on talent development and performance management.
A strategic thinker with excellent communication and influencing skills is required, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and plan for the long term.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply business knowledge to work with management teams and PXT team to develop and drive organization and people strategies.
* Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and talent management.
* Develop and lead both annual and mid-year review processes focusing on talent development and performance management.
* Provide management coaching and drive leader/manager onboarding and assimilation.
* Review and analyze business and people metrics to recommend systemic improvements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources Management or related field.
* 10-15 years of experience in a HRBP role.
* Broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.
* Strong business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem solving skills and coaching skills.
