Overview
Key Responsibilities
* Generating design and planning alternatives for mobility and development projects
* Leading GIS analysis for sites, networks, and neighbourhoods
* Producing clear diagrams to explain ideas, concepts, and alternatives
* Providing strategic support for subarea and development projects
* Assisting with outreach and engagement initiatives
* Developing 3D models and visualizations in Rhino and Enscape
* Creating highly detailed and conceptually clear reports and presentations
Requirements
* Professional degree in urban planning, city design, landscape architecture, or a related field
* 1-4 years of experience in urban planning and design contexts
* Proficiency in industry-standard tools and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Revit, Arc GIS, and Microsoft Office
* Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills
