Job Responsibilities: The Banking & Finance Associate Lawyer will join the law firm's award-winning Banking and Finance practice in Perth.
The associate will be involved in a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
Working directly with market-leading partners on complex and sophisticated legal matters.
Collaborating in a close and collegial team environment.
Handling matters autonomously with substantial direct client contact, particularly in cases where minimal partner assistance is needed.
Participating in a structured learning and development program tailored to the associate's experience level.

Education and Experience: The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
A legal qualification with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Banking & Finance law.
Experience in any one or more of the specified areas: Property & Construction Finance, Corporate Finance, Acquisition & Leveraged Finance, and Project Finance.
