We're on the hunt for a Senior PR Manager – Sport to help shape the public face of Stan Sport. Reporting to the Head of Communications, you'll lead the delivery of earned strategies and activations that promote our standout slate - from live sport to original documentaries - while keeping us front and centre with fans, media, and partners.
You'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing high-impact PR campaigns around key tentpole moments, as well as keeping momentum going through smart, seasonless storytelling. You'll work closely with media, talent and sporting bodies to bring stories to life, and collaborate with social and content teams to ensure our messages hit in the right way, in the right places.

What You'll Do Campaigns: Lead PR strategies and campaigns to build awareness, drive viewership and reinforce Stan Sport's brand; activate always-on story opportunities between major events. Media & Influencers: Manage media relationships, proactive pitching and day-to-day enquiries; develop press materials including releases, talking points and media kits. Talent & Influencers: Manage PR requests and drive audience engagement through talent and influencer strategies. Collaboration: Align PR and social narratives; work closely with internal teams, partners and sporting bodies. Events: Plan and deliver PR events, press conferences and stakeholder activations. Content: Support development and distribution of PR assets, including photoshoots, interviews and b-roll. Monitoring: Track media coverage, sentiment and campaign performance, delivering actionable insights. Crisis & Corporate: Support crisis comms and sport-related business announcements. What You'll Bring 7+ years' experience in PR, ideally with a strong focus on sport - and entertainment. A passion for storytelling, sport and earning attention and generating conversations in media in smart, strategic ways. A network of relevant media contacts in sport, lifestyle and entertainment. Proven experience working with talent, ambassadors and influencers. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing or mentoring junior team members and working cross-functionally. Ability to juggle multiple projects, tight timelines and stakeholders. A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative team. Bonus points for experience across Rugby, Tennis and UEFA-level football.
