Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant dining outlet.
This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and hands-on approach to service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant or F&B management and a valid RSA Certificate.
The successful candidate will lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team, ensure an exceptional guest experience and monitor budgets and labour costs. They will also collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in restaurant or F&B management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* High attention to detail and hands-on approach to service
* Solid understanding of stock control, rostering, and service standards
* Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate
* Passion for hospitality and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
