The Opportunity
We are looking for a charismatic, hungry, relationship-driven sales professional to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on meeting new people, building trust quickly, and turning conversations into long-term customers.
You will be responsible for growing new business across the Gold Coast and Brisbane while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
What You'll Be Doing
* Identifying and securing new customers
* Business development and prospecting
* Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
* Conducting face-to-face meetings and site visits
* Preparing quotes and managing sales pipelines
* Sales reporting and forecasting
* Collaborating with our internal sales and operations teams
* Representing the business professionally in the market
What We're Looking For
* A natural communicator who can win people over quickly
* Confident, well-presented and highly personable
* Proven sales experience (B2B preferred but not essential)
* Minimum of 2+ years sales experience required
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Strong organisational and reporting skills
* Comfortable working autonomously while being part of a team
* Current driver's licence
