Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Technology Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our technology and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance and Support: Provide technical assistance to internal teams and clients, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of our systems, modems, and equipment.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure our systems meet performance standards and make recommendations for improvement.
* System Updates and Management: Manage system updates, maintenance, and asset tracking to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
* Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Skills: Utilize strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to internal stakeholders and clients, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
* Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve great outcomes, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
About You
* Experience and Qualifications: Recent experience working in a similar IT support role, with relevant qualifications in information technology or a related discipline.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of server and networking hardware, understanding of network setup, connectivity, and troubleshooting, as well as experience conducting quality assurance checks on technical systems.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work within defined timeframes, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
