Ecology Graduate or Early-Career Position

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced ecologists, gaining hands-on experience in fieldwork, data collection, and ecological assessments. You will be responsible for assisting in delivering high-quality projects while developing your skills and knowledge in a diverse bioregion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. A Class C Driver's Licence, manual vehicle operation, and confidence driving in regional settings are essential requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification (minimum undergraduate) in Ecology/Science/Environmental Science/Applied Science/Natural Resource Management/Zoology or equivalent related discipline
* Class C Driver's Licence and manual vehicle operation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal
* Able to work outside regular hours, flexibility, and availability for day, night, early morning/pre-dawn, and weekend fieldwork
* Willingsness to travel, remote locations, and active construction sites
