Events and Community Relations Coordinator

Full‑Time Position Commencing: Term 1 2026

Are you a warm, professional and highly organised individual who loves serving in a Christ‑centred environment?

Are you passionate about supporting the mission, culture, and strategic direction of the College by coordinating high‑quality events and strengthening relationships with families, community partners, churches, and prospective students?

Northside Christian College is seeking a faith‑driven and dynamic, organized, and community‑mindful professional to help expand our outreach and elevate the impact of our events.

This full‑time role is a key part of the Promotions & Admissions Team, contributing to the College's presence, reputation, and engagement within our community. It carries a clear commitment to representing the Christian ethos of the College with warmth, integrity, hospitality, and excellence.

About the Position

Full‑time, ongoing position commencing in Term 1, 2026.

Reporting to the directly to the Manager of Promotions & Admissions, you will lead the planning, logistics, and execution of College events, including but not limited to:

* Support College Tours
* Support Orientation and Transition events
* Presentation Nights and Celebrations
* Community festivals and strategic outreach events
* Staff and volunteer events
* Parent, Student, Teacher Conferences


What We're Looking For

* Experience and any relevant qualification in events management, community relations, communications, or related fields.
* Experience working in a Christian ministry, school, or community organisation (advantageous).
* Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).
* Current Driver's Licence.
* A committed Christian actively involved in a local church, aligned with the College's mission and values.
