**You will be responsible for**:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director
- Assisting in the creation and preparation of correspondence, briefing packs, documents, reports, presentations and publications
- Compile and present financial data and other reports as requested
- Research and investigate issues of relevance to the Managing Director
- Liaise with and issue reports and general information to other regions and regulatory bodies
- Liaise with all external service providers as required
- Manage, review and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
**Selection Criteria**:
- A minimum of 5 years PA/EA experience at a senior level preferably in the FMCG industry
- Financial literacy
- Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- A thorough, accurate and logical approach
- Be highly organised with an ability to multi task and possess excellent time management skills
- To be trustworthy, discreet and diplomatic
- Have the ability to make decisions and "action" outstanding issues
- A positive outlook and open communication style
- The ability to work under pressure and across multiple projects at the one time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances at short notice
- The ability to use initiative and think "outside the square"
