What You'll Do
You'll help manufacture high‐quality timber and metal doors for commercial and residential projects. Your responsibilities include:
* Assembling and adjusting components using hand and power tools
* Operating machinery such as Beam Saws, CNC Routers, Edge Banders, Brake Presses, Turrets, and Laser Cutters
* Fitting components accurately based on job orders
* Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
* Fabricating profiles using bending and cutting machines
* Identifying material types
* Working to hourly targets and KPIs
* Conducting quality checks on your own work
You'll also:
* Report defective goods
* Perform basic equipment maintenance
* Keep your work area clean and safe
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment (factory, production, assembly, or fabrication)
* Ability to read a tape measure, pressure gauge, level, and square
* Comfortable using power tools
* Reliable, team player, and able to work independently
* Commitment to safety and willingness to follow WHS guidelines and wear PPE
