Overview
Greencross Brisbane East / West is seeking a Regional Clinical Director. This leadership role focuses on clinical standards, mentoring emerging leaders, and driving improvements across regional clinics. You will join a national team of Regional Clinical Directors and work with the Chief Veterinary Officer to advance the veterinary profession.
Your Impact
As a Regional Clinical Director, you’ll lead clinical excellence—working with veterinary teams, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You’ll receive ongoing support and training in leadership, systems implementation, and change management, including access to development programs such as the Lincoln Institute Leading Edge course.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship across multiple clinics.
- Collaborate with in-clinic teams to assess needs, support development, and build strong relationships.
- Champion best practices and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care.
- Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals.
- Stay ahead of advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate innovations into practice.
What You Bring
- A degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Queensland.
- Memberships in an area of Small Animal Practice would be viewed favourably.
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for mentoring and empowering others.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed.
